Setting KRA & KPI for the Organization and Individual:

Define Organizational Goals: We define the strategic goals and objectives of the organization. Ensure that these goals are communicated effectively throughout the organization.
Identify Key Result Areas (KRAs): Determine the primary areas of responsibility for each role or department. Align KRAs with the overall strategic goals of the organization.
Develop Specific KPIs: Identify measurable indicators that will track performance within each KRA. Ensure that KPIs are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART).
Set Targets and Benchmarks: Establish clear performance targets and benchmarks for each KPI. Ensure that targets are realistic yet challenging to drive improvement.
Communicate and Engage: Communicate KRAs and KPIs clearly to all employees. Engage employees in the process to ensure buy-in and commitment.
